If you send us a brief or email us, we collect your name, email, and whatever else you typed. We use it to reply to you. We don’t add you to any list. We don’t share it with third parties. If you want us to delete your data, email hello@socialmocktail.com and we’ll do it.
This site is operated by SocialMocktail, a digital marketing agency based in India. For privacy questions, contact us at hello@socialmocktail.com.
We collect: your name, email address, company name (if provided), service interest, budget range, and the message you send. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to send proposals and invoices.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). These are kept for security and debugging purposes only. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracking on this website. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and you’ll see a banner about it.
This site does not set any tracking or marketing cookies. The only cookies present are technical ones required by our hosting provider for basic site function.
By default, nobody. We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with marketing companies. We don’t hand it to ad networks. The only third parties who see your contact-form data are:
Enquiries that don’t turn into client work: we keep them for 12 months in case you come back, then delete. Client communications: we keep for 7 years after engagement ends, in line with Indian tax and contract requirements.

Our services are not intended for anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data to us, email us and we’ll delete it.
This policy is written to align with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you’re in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with stricter laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), you have additional rights and we’ll honour them — just email us.
If we change this policy materially, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, post a notice on the site.
